Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not create with TinyMusic, and how we enforce it.
Last updated: 2026-10-27
Purpose
TinyMusic, operated by SKY ANT LLC, lets you create music and lyrics with AI. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed on the service, how we check for it, how to report a problem, and what happens when the rules are broken. It is part of our Terms of Service. If the two conflict, the stricter rule applies.
Content You Must Not Create
You must not use TinyMusic to generate, request, upload, or share any of the following, in text prompts, lyrics, titles, uploaded audio, or generated songs.
- Sexual or NSFW content. Pornographic or sexually explicit lyrics, vocals, or descriptions, and sexualized content about real people.
- Violence or gore. Lyrics or prompts that depict graphic violence, torture, or cruelty for shock value, or that encourage or glorify violence against people or animals, self-harm, or suicide.
- Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or violence against a person or group because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
- Child safety violations (CSAM). Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, and any content that endangers children.
- Deepfakes and impersonation. Songs that imitate the voice, singing style, or identity of a real person or a specific recording artist so that listeners could believe it is them, and content that puts words in a real person's mouth, regardless of whether that person agreed. See "Real People, Voices, and Uploads" below.
- Copyright and trademark infringement. Reproducing or closely imitating existing copyrighted songs, lyrics, or recordings, using an artist, band, or brand name in a prompt to imitate their protected work, or using another party's trademarks to mislead.
Zero-Tolerance Content
We act immediately, without warning, on:
- child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors;
- content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, or mass violence;
- technical instructions for weapons capable of mass harm;
- content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred;
- deepfakes of real people, including voice imitation presented as a real person, nudification, sexual or intimate scenes involving real people, and fabricated statements attributed to real people.
We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where the law requires it.
Real People, Voices, and Uploads
- TinyMusic does not offer face swapping, voice cloning, or any feature designed to make a real person appear to say, sing, or do something they did not.
- Tools that process audio you upload, such as the vocal remover, may only be used on audio you own or have permission to process. You confirm this with every upload. Do not upload recordings of other people without their consent.
- Do not write prompts that ask for a specific real person's voice or a named artist's style in order to pass the result off as theirs.
AI Models
TinyMusic generates songs with the Suno music model, accessed through the Kie API. Lyrics and chat assistance use a DeepSeek language model, accessed through OpenRouter. TinyMusic is an independent product and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Suno, Kie, DeepSeek, or OpenRouter. Our rules apply to everything created through the service, whichever model produced it.
How We Moderate
- Before generation. Our AI music assistant is instructed to check each request, including any lyrics you provide, against this policy before it writes lyrics or starts a song, and to decline requests for sexual content, content involving minors, graphic violence, or hate. The lyrics writer applies the same check and can decline to write.
- Model safeguards. Copyright, imitation of artists and voices, and content about real people are also handled by the safeguards of the music and language model providers we use. We rely on those safeguards and do not independently screen for them.
- Human review. Reports are reviewed by a person on our team.
- Shared content. Songs you make public or share by link can be reported by anyone and are reviewed when reported.
- Limits. These checks are automated and not perfect, and we do not analyse the audio itself. Please report anything you find.
Reporting a Violation
- Use the Report option on a shared song page, or
- email [email protected] with the link or description, what rule you believe it breaks, and (for rights complaints) who owns the work.
A person on our team reads every report. We reply within 1 business day, and reports involving children, threats, or other serious harm are handled first.
Enforcement
Depending on the severity, repeat behavior, and risk to others, we may take one or more of these steps:
- written warning;
- removal or unsharing of the content;
- restricting features or credits;
- suspending the account;
- permanently banning the account and deleting its content;
- referral to law enforcement or other authorities where appropriate.
Zero-tolerance content results in immediate removal and a permanent ban.
Appeals
If you think we made a mistake, email [email protected] from your account email within 30 days, with your account email and what happened. If a request was declined, tell us what you asked for. We review the appeal and reply within 5 business days. We restore content and access if the decision was wrong.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
