Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

This service ("TinyMusic") is operated by SKY ANT LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States ("we", "us"). We provide an AI music creation platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

AI Models

TinyMusic generates songs with the Suno music model. Lyrics use a DeepSeek language model. Chat uses DeepSeek, Claude, and OpenAI. TinyMusic is an independent product and is not affiliated with Suno, DeepSeek, Claude, or OpenAI. Content is generated by these AI models, not recorded by human performers.

User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Generate, request, upload, or share any of the following prohibited content: (1) sexual or NSFW content; (2) violence or gore; (3) hate speech; (4) child sexual abuse material or any content unsafe for children; (5) deepfakes or impersonation of real people, including imitating the voice of a real person or a specific artist; (6) content that infringes copyright or trademarks.

These rules are set out in full, with how we moderate, how to report a problem, and how we enforce them, in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Refunds

• You can request a refund within 7 days of paying for a credit pack or plan by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include your order number if you have it. We review each request individually and reply within 1 business day.
• The refund is the amount you paid, minus the credits you have already used from that purchase, valued at the unit price you actually paid (the price paid divided by the credits included in that purchase), and minus payment processing fees, which our payment provider does not return to us. Credits returned to you after a failed generation do not count as used. Used credits are deducted because generation costs are incurred as soon as a request is processed.
• When a refund is approved, any unused credits from that purchase are removed from your account, and a refunded subscription is canceled.
• For subscriptions, only the first payment can be refunded. Renewal payments are not refundable; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• If you were charged in error or a technical fault prevented the service from working, we will correct it or refund the affected amount.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Generated Content and Commercial Use

Every account, whether or not it has purchased a credit pack or plan, may preview and download Generated Content at no extra cost, in the formats the service offers, without a watermark.

You may use Generated Content for both personal and commercial purposes, for example in videos, advertisements, podcasts, games, and client work, without buying anything and without contacting us for a separate licence. This applies to every account and every Generated Content item in it. Paid credit packs and plans add generations and credits only; they do not change your rights in Generated Content.

To the extent we hold any rights in your Generated Content, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute it, for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the conditions above and to the Acceptable Use Policy. No attribution is required. Please note:

• Generated Content is produced by AI models, including models operated by third-party providers. Other users may receive similar or identical outputs, and we do not guarantee exclusivity.
• Purely AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, so you may not be able to enforce exclusive rights in it.
• We do not guarantee that Generated Content is free from third-party claims, including automated copyright claims such as Content ID, and we do not provide indemnification for such claims.
• You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use Generated Content. You must not use it to infringe the rights of others, including by imitating a specific artist, voice, or recording, or to mislead others about its origin.

Uploaded Audio

Tools that process audio you upload, such as the vocal remover, are for audio you own or have permission to process. You confirm this each time you upload. We may remove uploaded audio and its results, and suspend access, if we receive a credible rights complaint or believe you have uploaded content you are not entitled to use. Files you upload are stored on our infrastructure and sent to our audio-processing provider only to carry out the requested processing. Results are private to your account unless you choose to share them. You remain responsible for how you use the separated tracks, including any rights of the original recording and composition owners.

Content Moderation and Reporting

Before generating, our AI music assistant and lyrics writer are set to decline requests for sexual content, content involving minors, graphic violence, or hate. These checks are automated and not perfect. We review reported content, and may remove content that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. To report a violation, use the Report option on a shared song page or email [email protected]. Enforcement steps range from a warning and content removal to account suspension or a permanent ban, and you can appeal a decision as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
